Mission

Born out of the meeting of Axel Monin, French basketball agent, and Hocine Loukkaf, scout, “Hoops Graduates” wants to be more than your regular agency, but a mentor allowing you to know your future pro profile projection, your weaknesses and what it takes to succeed. Paris and its suburb is our main recruiting playground but we are of course interested in recruiting more experienced players or players from other places, with the goal to help them reach the pro levels in France, but also experiment foreign championships to the ultimate goal, the NBA.

FFBB Agent

A football agent originally, representing players as high as the French Ligue 1, Axel has diversified his business by becoming FFBB agent. Former supermarket manager, he will negotiate your future contracts with diplomacy and firmness, all the while taking time to watch games. He also graduated in “Insurance and private wealth management”, which will allow him to advise you rigorously in managing your income.

Hocine Loukkaf

The brain behind “Hoops Graduates”, Hocine is a basketball maniac who has turned his passion into a science. Law graduate with an endless stock of stories and knowledge about the players and the history of the game, he is a big brother who confront the players with their mistakes to help them reach their potential. Outstanding recruiter, he knows how to gain the trust of the kids by teaching them ambition and humility.

Chris Sacarabany

NBA Agent

Executive director of an international foundation based in New York, Chris also is a basketball fan and consistent Brooklyn Nets spectator. American resident originally from Normandy, where he was born and studied law with Hocine, Chris thus decided to join “Hoops Graduates” by becoming an NBA agent. If some of you become NBA draft prospects, he will be your French local contact in the US. You will then experiment his great professionalism and charisma.
